Our students who are interested in pursuing a culinary career are working in our main kitchen at John Volken Academy. With our Red Seal Certified Chef, students are accumulating work place hours that they can put towards the Red Seal Culinary College program. Currently students are part of the three meals a day for the 50 plus students currently enrolled in the John Volken Academy. Our new off-site catering program offers students a broad range of culinary training.
